Do you save up? Or do you spend all your money? Math is tons and kgs of joy! As we worked on our Math unit of money, we spoke of different currencies and how much some currencies are valued at, like our local currency: Tanzanian Shillings (TShs). We took a trip to Ashna’s Supermarket on Malik Street; an amazing way to teach them how to manage their money. Before you send us messages on what tips we used, I would like to land a spoiler alert, they definitely overspent! But they handled all the adding, exchanging, and paying on their own!
